1. General Information

All orders are shipped from Portugal.

We only sell and ship physical products.

Shipments are handled through recognized courier and postal service providers. The choice of carrier is determined by our logistics team to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Shipping is carried out once per week in bulk dispatches. The estimated delivery time will depend on the destination country and the performance of the local courier service.

2. Shipping Times

Domestic (Portugal): Deliveries are generally made within a few working days after dispatch.

European Union: Deliveries usually take from several working days up to two weeks after dispatch.

International (outside the EU): Deliveries may take longer and are subject to the conditions of the destination country and local courier.

All delivery times are indicative and non-binding. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country.

If such costs apply, they will not be covered or refunded by Ritmo de Tradi Sons – Associação.

4. Failed Delivery and Returns

Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that they are available to receive the order.

If a package is not collected or delivery is unsuccessful and the shipment is returned to us, the costs of reshipping will be borne by the customer.

5. Damaged Goods

If an order arrives damaged during transport, customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt by contacting our support team.

Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Customers may be required to provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging to facilitate the claim process.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ritmo de Tradi Sons – Associação is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party couriers, customs authorities, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once the order has been dispatched, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
