SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Information

All orders are shipped from Portugal. We only sell and ship physical products through our online store. Festival tickets are sold separately via an external ticketing platform (Shotgun) and are not subject to this physical shipping policy.

Shipments are handled through recognized courier and postal service providers. The choice of carrier is determined by our logistics team to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Shipping is carried out once per week in bulk dispatches. The estimated delivery time will depend on the destination country and the performance of the local courier service.

2. Shipping Times

Domestic (Portugal): Deliveries are generally made within a few working days after dispatch.
European Union: Deliveries usually take from several working days up to two weeks after dispatch.
International (outside the EU): Deliveries may take longer and are subject to the conditions of the destination country and local courier.

All delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country. If such costs apply, they will not be covered or refunded by Ritmo de Tradi Sons – Associação.

4. Failed Delivery

Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that they are available to receive the order. If a package is not collected or delivery is unsuccessful and the shipment is returned to us, the costs of reshipping will be borne by the customer.

5. Damaged Goods During Transport

If an order arrives damaged during transport, customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt by contacting our support team at info@danzafutura.com. Customers may be required to provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging to facilitate the claim process with the courier.

6. Risk of Loss

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only when the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer and other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (EU Legal Guarantee)

In compliance with the Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical merchandise within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period: The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Return conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs: The customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

Note: This 14-day return policy applies strictly to physical merchandise. Festival tickets purchased via Shotgun are non-refundable unless the event is canceled, as governed by the specific Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
