Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Ticketing and E-commerce Third Parties
Our Website includes two distinct commercial flows:

  • Merchandise Store: For physical product purchases, We use WooCommerce. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, SIBS/MBWay). We do not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
  • Festival Ticketing: The sale of festival tickets is not hosted on our servers. When You click to purchase a ticket, You are redirected to Shotgun. Shotgun acts as an independent Data Controller for the economic transaction. They collect your data under their own Privacy Policy and subsequently share Your contact and identification data with Us exclusively for event management, access control, and security purposes.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We use may include:
